Thanet & Hedges (trading name, operated by Richard Lim / NordSys Limited, Broadstairs, Kent CT10) takes data seriously. This page is the short version.

What I collect

• If you contact me (email, phone, WhatsApp, form): your name, contact details, postcode, and whatever you tell me about the hedge. Used to quote and deliver the job.
• If you visit the site: standard analytics — page views, approximate location, device type. Google Analytics 4 (GA4). No cookies set for advertising or remarketing; I don't sell ads.

What I don't do

• Don't share your information with third parties for marketing.
• Don't add you to any mailing list without you asking.
• Don't keep enquiry data longer than needed — typically 12 months after the job, then deleted.

Form submissions

The contact form is processed by my own server and forwarded to the hello@ inbox via Resend (transactional email). Resend's own privacy policy is at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Analytics

Google Analytics records anonymised visit data. You can opt out via your browser's Do Not Track setting or by installing Google's GA4 opt-out browser add-on.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask me to: confirm what data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. Email hello@thanethedges.co.uk for any of those.

Cookies

The site sets a small number of cookies: GA4 for analytics, and any functional cookies set by the form submission. No advertising cookies.
